| Review: | Great Plane - poor service I've been on worse, but sad to see what was once up there with the very best in the world come down to the level of the better S. American airlines. Couldn't get a glass of water while sitting for 2 hours on the tarmac in LAX.Terrible terminal service in LAX. They've just dumped their Mumbai/Sydney service and arbitrarily assigned me flights via Singapore/Sydney to MEL, leaving me hang about in Sydney for 8 hours and costing me a day of my holiday in India. No apology - just advice that they've met their legal obligations, and if I cancel I forfeit AUD960!! |

This is the spirit of Australia Alan. I have flown Qantas a lot Domestically and Internationally and I have found the service incredibly inconsistent. I think the biggest issue is the FA's from the old days are looked after so well when it comes to pay they actually can't quit because they earn so much more than they should for what is essentially serving coffee and tea. |
