| Review: | An Entirely Pleasant Experience! Cabin Appearance: Clean & Presentable. Service at Departure Airport: Efficient and Satisfactory. Seats: Regular economy seats with but better than Qatar Airways or Emirates. Meals: Commendable even for Economy class! Even though we were right at the back, the hostess said to me later that they sensibly stock up with more chicken options as that’s what most passengers prefer. My son totally has a great time with his child meal too! In Flight Entertainment: Good selection of entertainment with functional AVODs. In flight duty free expensive. Lots to do for kids. Wish would include a trip to the cockpit to make it perfect! Cabin Staff: The Sky Nanny service by Gulf Air is one of a kind with the appointed hostess concentrating only on kids and regularly checking in if they were settled or needed more to play with apart from their complimentary activity packs! Arrival Services: Gulf Air connections are via Bahrain which has a decent Airport with efficient staff and had a pleasant experience at a proper dining restaurant provided for connecting passengers with long stopovers and a choice between 2 meals served courteously. To reboard, priority was given to passengers traveling with kids. Summary: The most preferred airline for me to date with a wonderful in air and on round crew and although Bahrain Airport could do with more comfortable waiting areas, kids play sections, once on board you can expect quality and excellence in service with an inviting atmosphere! | Review: | best price>>>hate transit in bahrain the price was wow...... the inflight customer service was okay but transit in bahrain OMG they made me cry horrible is the least i can say can u imagine an international airport with no drinking water fountain? thats bahrain airport wanna drink water go buy the $3 bottled ones the airport customer service was crazy . i don,t even know waht to call it iwas promised my baby stroller to be gate delivered when i borded in london when i arrived at bahrain it was as simple for them as sorry no strollers allowed in the airport u have to use the airport (oushchairs) as they like to call it ok get me a pushchair sorry u have to go look by yourself totaly inhumane of them i dunno what they get paid for i kept looking but guess what there is no damn friggin pushchair to be found i was carrying my infant for 8 hours the transit was supposed to be 4 hours surprise surprise ur flight is not at 11 its at 4 p.m. when i go to the desk to inquire about the status of the flight they ask me do want a meal?take this copoun get the meal and wait till we announce ur flight i just can't beleive it total mess there Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | simply not humans! Worst airline used ever! They cancelled our confirmed seats without prior warning one hour before depurture so that the could book other people. They argued that we were late. Caused us to stay overight at the airport, change 3 planes so that we could arrive at our destination 2 days later. Some people are so unbelievable!
