| Review: | LAN: Ripping Off Americans Poor customer service. Sets arbitrary conditions on flights. Staff is not helpful. They charge almost double if you are calling from US. They have no qualms about charging you beyond their stated policy charges for flight changes. If you are looking to make changes, they try to force you to pay higher fees by placing arbitrary conditions that were never outlined. VERY UNETHICAL IF NOT ILLEGAL. |
