Not bad stop complaining
beinga frequent flyer to South America I will always pick LAN over other carriers - they are punctual, food is edible and they have good IFE. Their planes are clean and staff well trained. Ok so they are not as friendly as say TAM or Avianca but then I wouldn't trust those airlines to ever leave or arrive on time. Aerolineas has great food and pretty flight attendants but you wonder if they will cancel your flight or go bankcrupt again. Their flight attendants are not friendly but I will take that over saftey and as much comfort even better than most airlines - has anyone flown American to south america.... they are a mess old planes, dirty , sullen FA's and food thats not fit for a dog no IFE either. They are not the cheapest and yes they have grown quickly and need to readdress their customer service but they are better than anything else on US to S.Am routes |
