Worst experience ever-
This was our first time travelling with Kingfisher airlines. However for one of our connecting flights from Mumbai-Ahmedabad they cancelled the flights for 2 consecutive days without any notice. When we called Kingfisher airlines they said there was nothing they could do and would refund our money. After we complained and complained they said ok they"ll try to find us another alternative and offered us reservation on Jet Airlines however that flight was 9 hours after the original kingfisher flight. When we requested accommodation since we have an infant and a child travelling with us - they refused to provide us any accomodation and the worst part was that Jet airlines only allowed 1 suitcase per person. Since we were travelling internationally Jet said that we"d have to pay extra for baggage. When we talked to Kingfisher again - they said there was nothing they could do and were not willing to help at all even though it was their airline who cancelled the flight and after a lot of complaining they decided to put us on Jet. Very disappointed with the service! |
