Review: Worst check-in staff ever experienced
In December 2009 myself and my family experienced the worst case of customer service whilst checking in with Tiger Airways.
The very young check-in staff had obviously not been trained in the basics of customer service, they were blunt, rude and totally oblivious to our needs and requirements.
They show no understanding with customers needs at all with the check-in process & baggage handling. Regardless of the fact that we had been mis-informed about travelling with an infant and that my wife was heavily pregnant they still put us through the worst experience ever!!
Please be aware of this airline as they can make your flying experience a nightmare!
