| Review: | No luggage security or customer service On a flight from Durban connecting in Johannesburg to Victoria Falls, my luggage did not make it. It did not come for the duration of my 5 day trip and the airline claimed the luggage was lost until I got the Zambian minister of tourism involved and then the luggage was magically found and given to me on my RETURN but with stolen items. Customer service is non existent. All employees are rude and barely work. There are crime rings in the luggage handlers in Durban and Johannesburg and this is a common occurrance. No compensation thus far or apologies AT ALL. This airline should be kicked out of IATA. |
