| Review: | The entertainment system - is it worth anything? According to the Senior Cabin Crew member on a recent flight trans Atlantic flight it’s worth nothing – at least that’s what he told my family when one of the systems did not work. His helpful comment was that the system is a “nice to have – you only pay for your seats”. I am pleased to confirm that in the lead up to this the crew call buttons were functioning normally – but as the crew were ignoring them one wonders why Swiss bother to have them at all. Subsequent approaches to Swiss have failed to prompt a response. I have a piece of advice for anyone considering Swiss among their airline choices. Find an airline that understands customer service and tries to make the flight an enjoyable experience. As a fall back you could fly Swiss – but make sure you only pay for the seat and they don’t charge you any extra for the in-flight entertainment service! NOTE: This review relates to Lufthansa subsidiary Swiss International Airlines - there was no option on this site to review Swiss directly Comments [ 1 ] |
