Silverjet
With many years in the aviation industry and having used most major airline carriers, I flew Silverjet for the first time. What can I say except Silverjet is something special. Heads above the rest of the competition. A fantastic level of service from start to finish. From their excellent private airport lounge, away from the crowds and with Silverjet passengers able to enjoy a range of food, wine, champagne, fruit juices, newspapers, and facilities such as showers. And as if that wasn't enough, I saved more than £1000+ on a ticket to New York. The service onboard is as good as the best of them with personal entertainment systems, and superb friendly yet professional service. The best I have experienced. It didn't stop there. The meals onboard were absolutely delicious and was amazed that all meals were served on white porcelain tableware and cloth linen - just like being in a restaurant. Silverjet is something special. Its the first time I have actually enjoyed flying making the 7hr flight to New York seem like just an hour. I was smiling throughout. Well done! At last an airline that puts the customers needs first and the fun back in airline travel. Without doubt the best thats out there.
