| Review: | You get what you get with EasyJet! EasyJet are good, but nothing special. We have flown with them about twenty times now and most times we've had a fairly good journey. I would only fly EasyJet if fares forced me to, they certainly wouldn't be my first choice. EasyJet flights often depart and arrive on time, and very rarely arrive early. Having said this, I have had a number of huge delays with EasyJet. Customer service is not brilliant as they are not very helpful or efficient. EasyJet's aircraft are in good condition but they could be better by being looked after a little more. The cabin crew are very helpful and friendly but not massively efficient. They often seem to laugh and joke with one another to much when they should be attending passengers. The seats are comfortable and there's just enough leg room. I wouldn't want to book a long flight with EasyJet as it may become uncomfortable. The food and drinks served on board are to expensive when you take into account the portion size and quality. Unfortunateley, EasyJet's fares are often a bit too high, especially with extra costs. This is the only thing that often puts me off using this airline. Overall a fairly good airline. Punctuality, customer service, standard of aircraft, cabin crew, in flight comfort, food and drinks and their fares are all about average. I would recommend this airline, but not as strongly as some others. |
