Review: Went wayyy downhill, terrible customer service
I had been flying Continental all the time up until this year when I've had a number of problems with them (especially in customer service). I had a problem checking in bags once and the customer service representative at the counter was very rude as was the supervisor in dealing with my issue. Even calling the Elite line I received very poor treatment. I was hesitant to book again but the next time I did only confirmed that Continental has really gone down hill. I called the Elite line and was on hold for over 40 minutes, then called with my girlfriend's phone and was only on hold about 5. What happened? When I asked the representative they said I was lucky and that some people were waiting over an hour. That is lucky? Very poor response if you ask me. No apologies, just attitude. Oh yeah and they also didn't help me resolve my issue. Never flying continental again.

Review: Horrible service
LIM - HOUSTON - FLL full flight to Houston and delayed for 25 minutes. When we arrived to Houston to make the connection we had to go through security, immigrations, and another security again. There was no agents around to accelerate the process. If an airline books a connecting flight they make sure the passengers have enough time to get to the other gate on time or at least they call your name to make sure you are around. I have an elite access. Me and my family are frequent fliers. Obviously not anymore after this experience. Not flying in this airline never again. Completely disappointed with the airline policies and the people at the customer service stand. They didn't want to help us! One said to the other: Can you help this people? the other respond: No, not really I don't want to. They intended to offer me an stand by flight. After I insisted they gave me a ticket for the next flight on the worst sits you can get. My husband called customer service number hoping for a better answer but they are as useless as they can get. Now that I have 5 hours to kill seating at the presidential club where they charge me $45.00 to get in (after all this inconvenience) I can invest my time writing reviews so people don't flight in this airline anymore.
