Went wayyy downhill, terrible customer service I had been flying Continental all the time up until this year when I've had a number of problems with them (especially in customer service). I had a problem checking in bags once and the customer service representative at the counter was very rude as was the supervisor in dealing with my issue. Even calling the Elite line I received very poor treatment. I was hesitant to book again but the next time I did only confirmed that Continental has really gone down hill. I called the Elite line and was on hold for over 40 minutes, then called with my girlfriend's phone and was only on hold about 5. What happened? When I asked the representative they said I was lucky and that some people were waiting over an hour. That is lucky? Very poor response if you ask me. No apologies, just attitude. Oh yeah and they also didn't help me resolve my issue. Never flying continental again. |
