| Review: | Bad service makes Delta Business class not worth t Too bad this tacky southern giant took over nwa. NWA had its problems but inedible food, inattentive service and dysfunctional equipment were not among them. On my recent business class flight to the UK--I found that the service was extremely slow (they go up the right aisle, then come back down the left), the food was really, epically terrible, the video system repeatedly crashed, my seat did not work, and they forced us to close the cabin windows for 5 hours on a flight in broad daylight after we had just gotten up. I guess it's easier to manage the cattle if we put them down for a nap. The little extras one expects on business class flight simply weren't there. I was very hungry, found it impossible to work, and thank goodness I had an IPOd or I would have been sitting in the dark with nothing to do. Fortunately I am moving away from the Detroit area and will not be forced to take inferior Delta again. |
